Ravine Bridge - restored and now OPEN

After a number of years with scaffolding and 'no entry' signs the Ravine Bridge connecting Belle Vue Park and North Parade is finally restored and OPEN. And the road below is open for traffic (including those poor cyclists who live at the bottom who haven't been able to descent).
There was an 'official' opening on Monday 26th Feb at 12 noon for the engineers and those who had worked on it. The work was more involved than anticipated - the corrosion inside needed to be properly addressed and made safe; as someone said to me on Monday "It's good for another 100 years now".
Thanks to all!
